All Sales Are Final
At SKEE, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at skee.brand@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any items. This includes, but is not limited to, sale items, gift cards, and any worn or used products.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure that you select the correct size and product before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
