Order Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days. Please note that fulfilment times may occasionally be extended during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after fulfilment: 9-14 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For most orders, customs duties and import-related fees are already included. However, in rare cases, additional charges may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SKEE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SKEE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
